Pictured is a shorter length but I can make them up to 12" in length. They are attached to the rods by ribbon. You simply tie the ribbon that is provided to each end of the rod and then tie the small ribbons, that are attached to the valance, the length of the curtain rod. Set the tutu valance over matching sheers and you have a complete window makeover. Perfect for a nursery, little girls room, or nursery.
